Shipping And Handling

Covid-19 Pandemic.

Due to global slowdowns as a result of the Covid-19 situation, international shipping will be expecting an additional 2-3 months delay in addition to the usual shipping time. We would like to apologize in advanced that refunds cannot be provided due to delays or missing items that are caused by the current world-wide shipping situation. If a situation arise where insurance have been provided on request, please be informed that this insurance will cover the basic necessities of the item, i.e. colour errors, printing errors, but will not be able to cover any problems that have arise due to the Covid-19 pandemic. We thank you for your cooperation and understanding and your continued patronage.

Order Procedures.  

Due largely to this website and all the procedures being run by one person, the duration of order procedure may vary between 1-10 business days. Also during a time where a promotion, product launch or any events that may be currently being held. For pre-order, please refer to the shipping details that are presented in the description of said products.


Order Tracking.

All shipment will be ordinarily shipped from Singapore using SingPost's Standard Shipping. We are will be providing registered mails for all orders received. A tracking number will be provided with all purchases once the shipment is ready to be shipped. The update quality of the status for your tracking information is based solely on each individual country's postal services. In cases where taxes or customs fees are payable, the customers are responsible for fees regarding this to receive their order. Refunds will not be provided due to packages returned from unpaid custom fees.

Shipping Duration.

Please be informed that the shipping duration will be equal for all forms of mail. On average, packages may take up to approximately 4-6 weeks to reach their destination. However, in rare occasions packages may be delayed up to 3 months due to factors beyond my control such as delays at custom, high delivery load during festive seasons and many others. This store will not be held accountable for shipping delays due to circumstances as mentioned above. Please understand that upon making a purchase, you are accepting any risk that count be incurred during the shipping journey.

After-sales Services.

For orders that have been damaged during transit or contain incorrect orders, Please send an email to within 7 days of receiving your package entailing your current issue. Your store order number and photographic evidence of said issues. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the products received are incorrect or damaged.

For packages that have been returned due to incorrect shipping address, missed collection or unpaid custom duties. Customers will be responsible for paying additional shipping fees to reship the package. A refund may be possible on a case-by-case basis though the initial shipping fees will not be refunded in any case.
